What does a dentist actually need to build practice-changing advantage?

Four ingredients, plus desire. Plans that have been shown to work for other practices. Preparation before the heavy lifting starts. Practice with the new systems, repeatedly, until they feel natural. Coaching from someone who has done it. These four are the same ingredients required to finish an Ironman triathlon, run a real business, or learn any complex skill. Skip any one of them and the result reverts. Read about ethical selling without coaching, and you stay at theoretical understanding. Take a course without practicing, and the team forgets it in a week. The order matters too, but the four ingredients are non-negotiable.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
