I’m already doing really well in my dental practice. Why would I bother trying to improve case acceptance?

Doing really well is exactly why you should keep pushing, not a reason to coast. Most high performers I work with were already successful before they got serious about improving. The question is not whether you are doing well. It is whether you have bigger goals. Building a better practice does not mean cramming in more cases. It means better cases. Can you raise the clinical complexity of the work you take on? Can you grow your average case size? Can you tighten your systems in advertising, hiring, and management so you produce more while spending less time, money, and energy? If the answer is yes, then being busy is not the finish line. The real target is structuring the practice so you squeeze the most profit and joy out of what you already have. Plenty of patients is not the same as a practice built right.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
