What is wrong with handing patients a treatment plan full of ADA codes?

Almost everything. A page of ADA codes is one of the worst things you can put in a patient’s hands, and the only thing arguably worse is handing them nothing but a verbal conversation. I can barely decipher those codes myself, so how is a frightened patient who came in for full mouth implants supposed to? It creates zero understanding. It does not show them the problem, the solution, or why any of it matters. If a patient walks out of your office not understanding what is wrong and how you fix it, that is a lapse in your professional obligation, not just a marketing miss. Give them something tangible instead, a real case report in plain language with their own photos. That fulfills your duty, helps them decide, and quietly sets you apart from every practice still printing code soup.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
