What time of day should I schedule big case presentations?

Book the patient early, the same way you protect your own planning time. A major implant case presentation asks a lot of both of you. The patient has a serious decision to make and a real fee to absorb, and you need to be at your clinical and conversational best to walk them through it. Schedule that at the end of a packed day and you get a worn-out doctor presenting to a worn-out patient. Nobody decides well in that state. Put it in a morning slot when energy is high and the room is calm. People say yes to big treatment when they feel clear-headed and unhurried, and that is far easier to create before lunch than after a draining afternoon.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
