Is the phone really that important for a dental practice that does big implant cases?

I rank it right behind your license and your hands. Think about that. Everything else you build sits underneath it. The marketing you buy, old and new, your follow-up on prospects, the niche treatment you are passionate about, referrals from other dentists and from patients, the expensive technology on your shelves, the courses you fly out to take, your location, the paint and carpet and finishes you keep refreshing. Every one of those is either enhanced or limited by what happens on the phone. You can have the best location in town and choke your own results at the front desk. I learned this the hard way about 15 years ago when my marketing was clearly being capped somewhere and it took digging to find the phone was the bottleneck. Keep that instrument sharp or watch everything else underperform.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
