How do I turn a new patient into someone who refers without being asked?
You aim past advocate and go for zealot. Most practices are happy to turn a customer into an advocate, the patient who, if you prompt them, will leave a review or send a referral. That is fine, but it still requires you to ask. A zealot is different. A zealot does not need to be prompted. They wake up on a mission to tell people about you, about Mary at the front desk, about the hygienist, the whole team. They treat spreading your name as their personal job. You earn that by inspecting what you expect in every corner of your practice, every day, holding yourself accountable first and staying vulnerable in front of your team. It starts on that first phone call and never stops. Do that, and the referrals chase you instead of the other way around.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
