Why don’t most dental marketing inquiries turn into treatment?
Because the realistic conversion percentage for big-case inquiries is under 9.5 percent in the year of first contact. Run a campaign that produces 1,200 inquiries for full-arch or reconstructive work, and roughly 1,140 of those people will not start treatment that year. This is normal. The number reflects financial readiness, family decision-making, prior bad dental experiences, and dozens of other factors outside your control. The job is not to convert all 1,200. The job is to qualify the 60 to 120 who can move forward, treat them well, and keep a respectful followup with the rest. Some of those 1,140 will be ready next year, in two years, in five.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
