Why does organized clinical data preparation matter so much before a dental treatment presentation?
Because the case presentation runs cleanly only when every supporting document is where it needs to be, in the order the doctor will reference. The assistant or designated team member organizes everything gathered to date: doctor’s exam notes, radiographs and imaging, intraoral and full-face photographs, study models, any specialty test results, completed clinical checklists, the patient’s application materials, and any other relevant documentation. The order matters. A consistent organization, used the same way every case, lets the doctor prepare the treatment plan efficiently without hunting for misplaced documents and lets the case presentation flow without awkward shuffling. The data also informs the McAnally Selling System Case Report and any visual aids prepared for the presentation. Treatment presentations delivered from a disorganized stack of materials lose minutes to fumbling and feel less professional, which patients register without naming what they noticed. Organized prep is the unglamorous backbone of a smooth case presentation. Do it the same way every time.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
