How does a low-pressure question follow-up appointment two weeks after the case presentation actually help case acceptance?
By giving the patient the space to digest the decision without time pressure, then bringing them back to address whatever questions surfaced during the digestion period. The conventional sales instinct at the end of a presentation is to push for a same-day commitment. The structured ethical-selling approach does the opposite. After the case presentation, the financial coordinator schedules the patient for a question-and-answer appointment about two weeks out and explicitly invites them to take the time, think things over, and bring whatever questions emerge. The patient leaves feeling respected rather than pressured. Over the following two weeks, they discuss with their spouse, consider the options, and accumulate the specific questions that always emerge between presentation and decision. They return to the Q&A appointment ready to address those questions in a structured setting. Cases that would have died in indecision get resolved in the Q&A visit. Conversion rates climb meaningfully because the process respects how real people actually make significant decisions.
