Why is ‘what should we do about dental patients without money’ the wrong question?

Because no other business selling expensive services asks it. Step into a high-end car dealership, a private practice attorney’s office, or a structural engineering firm. None of them organize their day around the prospective customers who cannot afford their fees. They have qualifying systems that exit those people gracefully before staff time is consumed. Dentistry is the outlier. The question burns clinical time and team energy on a group that statistically cannot become patients. Refocus the question. The right question is: how do you identify the patients who can move forward, treat them well, and refer the ones who cannot to options that fit their situation?

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
