Why does the dental team’s belief in the doctor affect case acceptance directly?

Because patients pick up on it within minutes. The team’s tone, the way they refer to the doctor by name, the confidence with which they describe the doctor’s training, the warmth in their voice when a patient asks a clinical question. All of it transmits. A team that genuinely believes the doctor is exceptional communicates that belief in a hundred small ways every day, and patients translate that belief into trust. A team that quietly doubts the doctor communicates the doubt the same way. Patients feel something is off even when they cannot articulate what. Building team belief in the doctor is part of the case-acceptance system, not a soft skill on the side.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
