Why are there 39 dental marketing tenets and not just a handful of big rules?
Because complex outcomes require many small disciplines, not one big one. A dental practice succeeding at complex cases is doing dozens of things competently: phone handling, marketing, qualifying, case presentation, fee discussion, followup, team belief, doctor positioning, facility presentation, technology selection, warranty management, and on. No single rule produces the result. Each tenet handles one part. Practices that pick three tenets to implement and ignore the rest see modest improvement. Practices that implement most of them see substantial improvement. The number 39 is not magic. It is what comes out of breaking down a competent practice into its parts and counting them. The work is implementing the parts, not memorizing the count.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
