How does the lack of a dental selling system actually harm patients?
By preventing them from getting the care they would benefit from. Without a structured selling system, the doctor and team unintentionally say and do things that derail patient decision-making. They overload the patient with clinical detail. They present treatment plans randomly. They skip the financial conversation. They miss the decider. They fail to follow up. Each gap is one more reason the patient defaults to no, and patients who default to no continue suffering from problems that comprehensive dentistry could fix. The patient loses access to the better outcome they were entitled to. The practice loses the case. Both sides lose because the selling system was absent. Ethical selling protects the patient as much as it serves the practice.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
