How do I create accountability without in-person staff meetings?
You build it into the tools and rhythm instead of the travel. In the old days I flew doctors and their staff into hotel meetings in different cities, two days at a time, and that travel itself created accountability. People prepared because they knew they were showing up. The internet matured, then the pandemic put the last nail in flying around, so that lever is gone. The mistake is thinking the accountability left with it. It did not, you just have to recreate it another way. Now you do it with standing systems people cannot quietly ignore, regular call log reviews, and written processes everyone can see. Think of it like a band that stops rehearsing in the same room. You do not give up on tightness, you switch to recordings and shared parts. Replace the meeting, not the standard.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
