Why does attention to detail matter so much in big dental implant cases?

Because the details are the case. When someone is deciding whether to put $25,000 or $50,000 into their own mouth, every small thing they experience tells them whether they can trust you with it. The tone of the voice that answers the phone, whether you call back when you said you would, whether the consult flows or feels chaotic. Patients can’t judge your surgical skill, so they judge everything else. They read the small stuff as a proxy for the big stuff. I’ve watched practices lose cases they should have won simply because the follow up was sloppy or a promise got dropped. So stop treating details as housekeeping. Treat them as the whole experience the patient is actually buying, because that’s exactly what they are.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
