Why should I build selling systems instead of chasing the latest dental trend?

Because a documented system is what survives the things you cannot control. Clinical techniques change, practice models change, economies turn. A selling system that is written down, repeatable, and broken into teachable steps hedges against all of that. It does not ask you to change who you are as a clinician or how you work clinically. It modifies your administrative and behavioral patterns so the way you sell finally makes sense. The other payoff is people. When a system has documented steps, you revisit them yourself as refreshers, and you hand the exact same steps to every new team member who joins. Compare that to selling that lives in your head, which dies the day you are out or the day your best assistant leaves. Stop reinventing the conversation every time. Write the steps down and make them repeatable.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
