How do I build trust with an implant patient quickly in the consult?
Find what you have in common, and do it on purpose. Before you walk in, take five minutes to look for similarities between your life, your background, your experiences, and that patient’s. You will find more than you expect if you actually look. Mention it early, honestly, not as a sales trick. That small thread of connection gets the relationship off to a real first step, and trust is what they remember, not the number of consults you offer. What people walk away asking themselves is simple, did I like the doctor, did I trust the team. They do not tally your credentials. So treat the first few minutes as the foundation of the whole case, because a patient who trusts you will listen, and a patient who listens can say yes.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
