How long should a clinical case presentation for implants take?

Twenty-five minutes or less for the clinical part. If you can’t lay out the patient’s situation and walk them through three solid options inside that window, something in your process is broken, not the patient. I treat that as a hard rule. The financial conversation is separate and can run thirty minutes to an hour, but your job clinically is to create understanding fast and then get out of the way. Think about Washington and Franklin. They rarely spoke more than ten minutes, only at the moments that mattered, and they founded a country. If they could do that, you can present big dentistry well in twenty-five. Time yourself on your next case. If you’re running long, your system is the problem.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
