How do I decide what direction to take my dental practice?

Start by being brutally honest about which boat you are in right now. Are you on the sinking ship, locked into commodity pricing, volume, and a fading middle class patient? Or are you already in the lean, adapting and growing model with margin and time on your side? There is no third option that lets you keep drifting. Once you name where you stand, name where you want to go, because figuring out the destination really is the first step to reaching it. If you are sinking, the question is whether you get off before it is too late and you have no resources left to move. If you are already growing, the question is how much better you want it to get. Do not skip this. A practice without a chosen direction just follows the current, and right now the current runs downhill.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
