Why does taking control of the conversation early matter?
Whoever controls the first thirty seconds usually controls whether that patient ever schedules. Most callers open with a question, almost always about price. The instinct is to answer it, then pile on more questions, are you in pain, do you want an appointment, why implants. Resist that. The disciplined move is to acknowledge the question, take the lead, may I ask your name, and step into your sequence. You are not dodging them. You are steering toward a relationship and a visit instead of letting a price question run the call into the ground. This is why the steps must be used in order. The sequence is the steering wheel. Hand it to the patient and you end up reacting, quoting fees cold, and losing the appointment. Hold it, and they are more likely to book and show up.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
