What is a case report in the dental treatment presentation?
Think of it as the one document that ties everything together. By the time a patient sits down for a large case, you have collected a pile of separate pieces: what they said when they first called, what came out of the consultation interviews, your diagnostics, and the options you assembled. A case report pulls all of that into one concise physical document built for the patient, not for insurance processing. It takes the digital scans and notes and turns them into something tangible the patient can hold during the presentation. It is not really a new event in your process. It is the assembly of work you already did, organized in a logical order that makes sense to the patient and points back to their specific problem. That is what moves someone toward significant treatment.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
