Why does spreading my marketing across many niches backfire?
Because focus is what produces cases, and splitting your attention destroys it. When you promote across too many niches and too many venues at once, you dilute every message until none of them lands hard enough to create demand. Remember, nobody is going to die because they did not get fast orthodontics or implants. These are cases you have to create demand for, and creating demand takes a concentrated, repeated message aimed at one kind of patient. Try to be everything to everyone and you end up invisible to the patients you actually want. Pick the niche you want to be known for, point your promotion at it, and stay there long enough for it to work. The doctors who win narrow their focus. The ones who struggle keep widening it.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
