Why should I give patients my online reviews instead of letting them search for me?

Hand them the reviews yourself. If you make the patient go searching, you have lost control of the story. They will land on a one-star rant from someone who was angry about a parking spot, and now that is the first impression sitting in their head. When you provide printed and online reviews directly inside your information packet, you decide what they read first and you frame it as proof that other people like them trusted you and were glad they did. Think of it like a restaurant putting its best dishes on the menu instead of hoping you wander into the kitchen. Reviews are powerful third-party proof, but only when you control the delivery. Build a simple system that collects them and puts them in the patient’s hands before they ever type your name into Google.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
