Why should I follow up with implant patients who already said no?
Because no rarely means never. It usually means not right now. Some patients want the treatment badly and still can’t move on it today. The money isn’t there, the financing fell through, or life is simply in the way. But circumstances change. I’ve seen patients come back years later, ready and able, purely because we stayed in touch. A letter, a postcard, something simple that keeps you in their mind without pestering them. That’s also the deepest reason to treat everyone with respect regardless of what they can afford at this moment, because the person who can’t invest today may be your best case in two years. Build a follow up system that runs for years, not weeks. Most practices quit after one or two attempts and leave real cases sitting on the table.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
