Why should I track how many phone calls turn into consultations?
Because without that number you are flying blind. You think the phone is fine. You have no idea. Count the calls you get in a month from your marketing, then count how many of those actually book a consultation. The gap between those two numbers is the single most expensive leak in most practices, and nobody is watching it. If you spend real money to make the phone ring and half those callers never get on the schedule, you didn’t have a marketing problem, you had a phone problem. So start measuring the conversion from call to consult every month. Watch it like you watch your production. When that ratio sags, you know exactly where to point your attention before you waste another dollar driving more calls into a broken process.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
