How do I produce a case report efficiently without doubling my work?

Gather the materials once and let them feed two outputs at the same time. The case report and the patient’s presentation pull from the same sources, so I assemble them together rather than treating them as separate jobs. Subjective items come from the patient application and the interview notes, including the main pain motivator. Objective data comes from clinical charting, digital photos, scanned x-rays, and whatever niche diagnostics you run. All of it lands in one work template that you cut, paste, and print. The smile preview, the findings, the options, the responsibilities section, much of it is reused or lightly edited from case to case. You are not reinventing the document every time, you are filling in a structure. Set up the production flow so one round of gathering serves both the report and the presentation, and you stop killing two afternoons on what should take one.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
