Should I fix my marketing or my sales process first?
Start with selling, not marketing. Here is why. Your practice is already a moving train. It left the station years ago and it is rolling down the track, fast in some spots and barely chugging in others. It is far easier to improve what happens at the point where patients are actually deciding to buy than to go all the way back upstream and rebuild your promotion machine. Fixing the buying moment gives you results almost immediately, with the patients already walking through your door. Marketing changes take months to show up. So if you want a quick, visible win while you plan the bigger work, tighten how you present and close cases first. Get the back of the train right, then walk forward to the engine.
