Why do patients reject implant cases even when I explain the clinical details perfectly?

Because the technical part was never the part that closes. I learned this the hard way over thirty years of watching consults. You can say every correct thing about the implant system, the bone, the healing time, and the patient will sit there nodding and still walk out. They have to feel it in their gut before they act. Information lands in the head. Decisions get made in the viscera. So stop measuring yourself by how accurate you sounded and start asking whether the person across from you actually felt what a fixed bridge would do to their life. If they did not feel it, nothing happens. Spend as much effort on how you say it as you did earning the titles on your wall.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
