How does the Case Report keep a dentist on track during the actual case presentation?

By serving as a condensed and reformatted version of the PowerPoint slides and verbal content, accessible during the conversation as a reference. The doctor talking through a treatment plan from memory or improvising from notes is at risk of skipping steps, going long on tangents, or losing the structure that produces good comprehension. The Case Report sits in front of both doctor and patient, providing a parallel reference. The doctor can glance at it to confirm the next section, the patient can follow along, and the presentation stays tight without feeling scripted. The document also serves as a contingency tool. If something happens and the doctor cannot attend the presentation, or if the spouse or veto-holder fails to appear and the doctor chooses to defer the personal presentation, a trained team member can run the Case Report-based presentation in the doctor’s place. No software printout or generic brochure can be used this way. The Case Report is the script and the deliverable simultaneously.
