I run a small dental practice and I never have time to work on growth. How do I fix that?

If you can never take the time off, then ask yourself when you will ever get to the point where you can. That day does not arrive on its own. I ran a small practice myself, on purpose, and the trap is the same at every size. You wear all the hats, you stay buried in the work that is not fun, and strategic planning keeps sliding to next month. Here is the irony. The dentists who finally carve out a few hours to build systems are the ones who end up with more free time, not less. The busywork shrinks because the structure does the lifting. So the real question is not whether you can afford the time. It is whether you can afford another year of working in the least effective way possible. Block the hours first. The market will not wait for you to feel ready.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
