What actually builds enough trust to make patients say yes to a big case?

Trust factors, stacked up, and the more you build in the more a patient decides in your favor on automatic instinct rather than anxious scrutiny. Think about what a patient’s gut is scanning for. Does this feel right, is something off about this provider. So you feed that gut every reason to relax. Patient success stories. A pile of online reviews. A large offer packet that arrives before they walk in. A television show about your practice. Books authored in your name. Those signals drive automatic positive choice and keep the reflective, second-guessing system asleep. Strip them away and the patient looks hard at everything, your manner, your staff, your materials, and hard looking kills cases. So audit your practice for trust factors the way you audit a clinical protocol. Credibility is not decoration. It is what lets a good decision happen without friction.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
