Do deadlines on dental fees actually help patients decide on big cases?

Yes, and not because you are pressuring anyone. Deadlines create action. A patient who leaves with an open ended quote sits on it for months while the clinical condition gets worse and the bone keeps disappearing. I put two dates in the written report. The full fee is good until a set day, usually 45 days out. Any special discount expires sooner, around 30 days. The patient already understands the benefits and consequences of doing nothing, because we talked about that in the presentation, so the dates are not a trick. They just give the decision a shape. Without an edge to lean against, people drift. Set the dates, put them in writing, and say them out loud. You are not manufacturing urgency. You are giving a real condition the timeline it already deserves.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
