Why do I win most cases that come to me for a second opinion?

Because the patient is already disappointed when they arrive. An inbound second opinion almost always means the first office left a trust gap, the same gap that sends your own patients shopping. So this person shows up half sold, looking for someone who feels different. You don’t need a special document or a clever maneuver here. You run them through the exact same process every patient gets, the clear consultation, the diagnostics, the case report, the professional presentation. That alone wows them, because they just came from somewhere that didn’t bother. The contrast does the selling. So don’t treat the inbound second opinion as a special case that needs new tricks. Trust your process and let it look as polished as it does for everyone else. The patient came to you wanting a reason to say yes. Give them one.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
