Why are written case reports so important for selling implant cases?
Because they’re the one thing the competition can’t match. When a patient leaves your office holding a clear, professional written report of their condition and their plan, they carry your credibility with them. Send that same patient to another practice for a second opinion and watch what happens. They get something confusing, or nothing at all. The gap is obvious to them even if they can’t articulate it. That contrast is your best defense against losing a case, and it’s a quiet driver of trust before the decision is even made. A patient who feels truly understood, who has it in writing, doesn’t go looking for someone else. So treat the case report as a must, not a nicety. It is the document that follows the patient out the door and keeps speaking for you when you’re not in the room.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
