How do positioning, promotion, training, and selling steps fit together?

Think of them as four levers that all pull on each other. Positioning is what makes you unique and findable, the trust and credibility a patient can see online before they ever call. Promotion is creating demand for the specific cases you want, aimed and focused, not scattered. Training is how your team answers the phone, talks to callers, and follows the steps, rehearsed and measured against normal ranges. Selling steps are the checklist you run during the actual presentation. Here is the part most doctors miss. These are not four separate projects. Move one and you move the others. Better positioning makes promotion cheaper. Better phone training feeds the selling steps stronger cases. Together they handle trust, fear, confusion, and fee at once. Stop treating them as a to-do list and start treating them as one connected system.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
