Can I justify charging above the usual customary rate for implant cases?

You can, and you do not need to go anywhere near luxury-handbag territory to do it. I am not telling you to be nineteen thousand percent of UCR, that is not practical for any dentist. But being a hundred or two hundred percent of UCR is not an issue when the context in your practice supports it. What is that context? A genuinely good service, a trained team, and real selling steps that happen both before treatment and after the case has started. Patients do not pay more for a number on a fee schedule. They pay more for the whole experience around the work and the trust that you will deliver it. Build that context honestly and the fee stops being the conversation. Try to charge a premium with none of that scaffolding underneath and you will just lose cases and wonder why.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
