Why does my team stop following the phone systems I put in place?
Look in the mirror first. If you ask your team to follow the slip, show up on time, and go all in on new systems, but you do not do those things yourself, you have a problem. Teams watch the doctor constantly. When you pour all your energy onto the front end and then break your own rules, skip the coaching, leave the back of the house loose, you lose their respect. And when respect goes, you get a revolving door, quiet sabotage, and people who will not run the systems because you clearly do not believe in them either. Accountability is top down or it is nothing. You cannot demand consistency on the phone from a team that watches you be inconsistent everywhere else. Fix yourself before you blame the front desk.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
