Why do small details matter more for large dental implant cases?
Because the stakes scale with the price tag. A filling is forgiving. Someone forgets to call you back, the bathroom is a little grubby, you run twenty minutes late, none of that sinks a hundred dollar visit. But you are asking a patient to spend the price of a car on their mouth, and at that level every small thing becomes evidence. They cannot judge your surgery, so they judge what they can see and feel. Were you on time. Did the front desk sound rehearsed or scattered. Did you do what you said you would do when you said you would do it. The more complex and expensive the procedure, the more these hundreds of little details quietly add up to trust or doubt. Sweat the small stuff, because your patient already is.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
