Can the condition of my office affect whether patients trust me?
Yes, more than you think. Things that are wrong with your facility quietly trigger a patient’s automatic instinct to go, hmm, something just does not feel right around here. They may never say it out loud. They will simply trust you a little less and decide a little slower. This is part of reviewing the context you are selling in. The waiting room, the cleanliness, the small details, all of it is feeding the patient’s gut read of you before you say a word. Walk through your own space like a first-time patient and ask what it is telling them. Fix the things that throw off the signal. You want the environment working for your trust, not against it.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
