Why should I treat every phone call from a prospective patient as valuable?

Because you do not know what you have until you open it. I think of inbound callers like Easter eggs. Some have a boring prize inside, plenty have a decent one, and once in a while you crack one open and it is amazing. You cannot tell from the outside. The only way to find out is to get that person in front of you in person. So the math is simple. The more callers you convince to actually come in, the more of those amazing eggs you find, and the better your results get. Treating a caller as low value because they sounded unsure or asked about price means you are tossing eggs back unopened. Some of your biggest cases will start as the call you almost did not take seriously. Get them in, then see what is inside.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
