Do I need to be the best in the country at case presentation to succeed?
No, and chasing that is a waste of energy. You do not need to be the pianist who can fill a concert hall on the planet. You need to be very good in your own local region, and that bar is lower than you think. Most people sitting in the same role at the dental practice down the street have had no real training and no feedback, so they are coasting at a low level. That is your opening. You do not have to be world class to win. You just have to operate at a clearly higher professional level than everyone nearby doing the same job. So stop measuring yourself against some national gold standard and feeling overwhelmed. Look at the actual competition in your market, then get good enough to be obviously better than them. That is the whole target.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
