What happens when a new patient call goes to voicemail?

You lose them, and you probably never know it. Think about it from the caller’s side. If a prospective patient wanted to talk to your voicemail, they wouldn’t have called. Nobody ever said “today is the day I deal with this, and the best part is I won’t have to talk to a human.” When someone finally decides to call about a problem they have been avoiding, they are hyper responsive for their own emotional reasons, and that window is open for about a minute. Voicemail slams it shut. So live in a state of readiness, every day, all day. If that means forwarding the line to an expert team member’s cell phone, do it. A live, warm voice catching that call matters more than anything else in your setup. Grab them right now.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
