Why do I have a great clinical reputation but still struggle to get patients to accept big cases?

Because clinical skill and selling skill are two different capabilities, and you have only built one of them. You can be the best trained dentist on the planet and still sit in an empty operatory, or fill it with patients you cannot communicate with in a way that moves them. The treatment never happens, so the patient is never helped. Dental school hammered the clinical side into you for a decade. Nobody taught you the nonclinical side, which is how you actually get an opportunity in front of you and turn it into accepted treatment. Stop adding more clinical credentials and assume the gap is there. Look hard at whether your ability to communicate and lead a patient to a yes is anywhere near as developed as your hands.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
