Do continuing education credentials actually attract dental patients?
No. Patients assume you maintain your training. That assumption is the floor. They are not impressed that you have a hundred CE hours or a five-inch CV from coursework. They do not understand the letters after your name. Many of them think LLC and PC are degrees. The smell of your office, the gouges on the walls, and stains on the carpet will register more strongly than every CE certificate you have framed. CE matters for clinical capability. It does not differentiate you in the marketplace. Translation of those credentials into language patients understand and care about is what moves them. Without translation, your CE budget is invisible to your buyers.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
