How should a dental practice position itself against corporate dental chains?

Call them out directly. Build your marketing around the things patients hate about the chain experience: the rushed consult, the rotating providers, the upsell pressure, the cookie-cutter case plan. Then describe what they will find with you: the deliberate consultation, the consistent doctor, the honest fee discussion, the personalized plan. The bold play is to name the chain explicitly: ‘If you’re unhappy with your experience at Chain ABC, here’s why a consultation with us is different.’ Most dentists are too polite for this. That is exactly why it works for the practices willing to do it. Patients arriving with chain bruises are looking for a reason to choose someone else.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
