What’s the single most important action a dentist can take after learning these principles?

Pick one tenet and install it this week. Reading a framework changes nothing. Implementation does. The dentist who closes the book and tells the team ‘we are going to start doing all 39 things on Monday’ overwhelms the team and accomplishes none of them. The dentist who picks one tenet (the diagnostic fee, the phone training, the testimonial collection, the followup system, anything specific) and installs it deliberately over four weeks gets a small win. Then they pick the next one. Practice transformation is a sequence of small installations over years, not a one-time overhaul. Average practices stay average because they never pick the one tenet to start. Better practices started with one and never stopped.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
