Why should I be willing to destroy parts of my dental marketing that don’t work?

Because a true breakthrough usually means breaking the old way first, and most dentists won’t. I keep a quote on my wall, be willing to destroy anything in my life that is not excellent. Applied to your practice, it’s a simple test. Take a piece of your marketing or case acceptance and ask, is this excellent? If not, can I make it excellent, and is it worth what that would take? If yes, fix it. If no, kill it and don’t look back. The hard truth is that some of what you do has never worked, or worked once and stopped, and you keep it alive out of habit or sunk cost. That loyalty to the broken thing is what blocks the breakthrough. Be ruthless about cutting what doesn’t serve the practice. Empty ground is where the better thing finally gets to grow.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
