What does it actually take to get through an impossible situation in my practice?

There is a line from Anthony Greenbank I come back to often. To live through an impossible situation you don’t need the reflexes of a Grand Prix driver, the muscles of Hercules, or the mind of Einstein. You simply need to know what to do. That is the whole thing. When your practice feels like it is sinking, the instinct is to believe you need to be smarter or more talented or born with some gift you missed. You don’t. You need the next right action, clearly defined. Awareness of the problem is step one, but awareness alone changes nothing. What matters is what you are willing to do with it. So stop hunting for a personality transplant and start hunting for the specific next step. Knowing what to do, and then doing it, beats raw talent every time.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
