I don’t really want any more money, so why would I work on growing my practice?
Honestly, that is usually an excuse, and I say it with respect. Growth was never just about more money. It is about more success, satisfaction, and significance across your whole life. More money is a by-product, not the point. One of my mentors said if you have enough money to solve the problem, you do not have a problem. Once your money situation is handled, you stop thinking about it and get to focus on what actually matters. When it is not handled, it consumes your head and quietly makes you unproductive. For me the real prize was always freedom and independence. That is why I got into this in the first place. So say you do not want more money if you like. But if freedom matters to you, the money is right there once you decide to build a bigger future.
