Why should I document my dental sales process instead of keeping it in my head?
Because anything that lives only in your head is not a system, it is a habit, and habits break under pressure. To be truly systematic you need the selling process written down so it is repeatable and so you can keep teaching it to new team members. Documentation is what makes the result the same on a busy Tuesday as it was on a quiet Friday, and the same whether you or an associate runs the visit. It also lets you improve, because you cannot refine a process you never wrote out. Think of it like a recipe. A great cook who never writes the recipe down cannot hand the kitchen to anyone else. Write your steps down, follow them, and treat the document as the thing you train and improve, not as paperwork you file and forget.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
